Smoky Bacon Wrap

This week every grocery store I went to (I generally make a stop at Whole Foods, Wheatsville, Natural Grocers, and HEB) had delicious, but fatty, vegan foods on sale.  This is a small disclaimer that my next few recipe posts might be a little on the fattening side.  Its okay to indulge.  Sometimes 😉

Smoky Bacon Wrap
Whole Wheat (or veggie) tortillas.  Make sure to get the big ones so you can stuff ’em full of green goodness.
Spinach
Kale
Super Greens Pre-packaged salad mix
Tempeh Bacon (I used Smoky Maple)
Earth Balance Mindful Mayo Olive Oil (Or other vegan mayo)
Daiya Mozzerella Shreds (Or other vegan cheese shreds.  To sub the Havarti wedge just add extra cheese!)
Daiya Havarti Wedge (THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER CREATED)

Mine is really tiny because I hate messy food, but feel free to overload the veggies (and cheese!)
