So much for this blogging everyday for Vegan MOFO.  I was so excited, but then life came crashing down around me.  Luckily I’m rubber so I bounce back pretty quickly (did I use that right)?

Time is short, so let me just share this picture with you.  By now everyone has had and fallen in love with Earth Balance Cheddar Squares, but I’ve learned that when it comes to love it’s very, VERY important to regularly reiterate it.  So this is me expressing my love again for these delicious little bites of cheesey goodness.
