You may shy away from veganism for many reasons. Maybe you don’t want to give up your favorite foods, think it’s too expensive, and the “lifestyle makeover” aspect is too overwhelming and can be a bit uprooting. Put all of that on top of the fact that you live in a small town in middle America where these thoughts are only amplified by the farming lifestyle that inevitably surrounds you, and the idea seems all but lost. So what’s a wanna-be vegan to do when it feels like he or she has no where to turn to maintain a healthy, compassionate lifestyle?
Luckily I’ve dedicated this section of my blog to you because it is possible to come from a small town without a Whole Foods or natural foods store and still be vegan.
